Covid-19
Your safety is our number one priority. As we return to in-person summits, we are implementing COVID-19 safe protocols. We have devised these protocols in partnership with the venue, and consultation with guidance from all relevant authorities. We expect this guidance to change throughout the course of the pandemic. We will update these protocols as circumstances evolve.
Compliance
We require all in-person attendees to comply with the Covid-19 protocols. The final protocols will be sent to all attendees 2 weeks prior to the event.
Venue
We have selected a venue with sufficient capacity to accommodate social distancing throughout the event. The organiser will limit the number of in-person tickets to ensure that the correct capacity levels are maintained. The venue will be operating separate protocols including sanitation and disinfection. In addition, we will provide hand sanitizer throughout the venue.
Vaccination and test status
Ideally, we would like every attendee to provide either evidence of vaccination, or alternatively a negative covid-19 test. We are in the process of organising a pre-event testing procedure that will be in accordance with local and national guidelines with further details to be announced nearer the time.
Catering
At present we are planning for at-table service.
Contact-tracing
All attendees will be asked to inform the organisers if they develop symptoms, or test positive for Covid-19 either during or for a period of 10 days following the last day of the event. The organiser will alert all attendees if a case is detected, making sure that confidentiality is maintained.
Flexible ticketing
To encourage people not to attend the event if they have been exposed to Covid-19, we offer no penalty alterations to ticket types and ticket allocations.
Face coverings
We will follow the guidance issued by the relevant authorities at the time of the event. If face coverings are required, we will provide surgical-grade disposable masks on-site.
